Early-stage vocational learning platform seeks an advisor to keep pedagogy honest as the product scales.

I · The seat

Lernraum builds assessment and practice tooling for German vocational training providers. With 40,000 learners and a Series A closing, the founders want an advisory board that can challenge efficacy claims and shape an evidence agenda.

II · Responsibilities

  1. II.1Review efficacy methodology and learning outcome claims
  2. II.2Advise on assessment design and adaptive sequencing
  3. II.3Introduce the team to research partners
  4. II.4Attend one strategy offsite per year

III · Ideal profile

  1. III.1Learning scientist, education researcher or assessment specialist
  2. III.2Experience translating research into product decisions
  3. III.3Comfortable with fast-moving early-stage companies
  4. III.4Remote-first; German not required

IV · Where this seat sits

This organisation operates under a two-tier structure. Supervision is a distinct body, and diligence is owed to the legal person rather than to the nominating constituency.
