Participatory democracy organisation seeks a trustee to guide its work on digital public infrastructure and civic tech.

I · The seat

Riga Civic Assembly convenes citizens' panels for municipal decision-making and advocates for transparent public algorithms. The organisation is expanding beyond Latvia and needs board-level expertise in digital rights and public sector technology.

II · Responsibilities

IV · Where this seat sits

This organisation operates under a two-tier structure. Supervision is a distinct body, and diligence is owed to the legal person rather than to the nominating constituency.
